Hence, you want a company that provides a warranty, specifically on workmanship. Find out specifically what their warranty covers, eg, is it parts, or is it just labor and craftsmanship?
3. Do You Provide Financing? Fido’s latest antics have come at the most inconvenient time financially. Therefore, a fence contractor that offers on-the-spot financing can be a real budget saver. Be sure to read the fine print, eg, how long is the financing for, at what interest rate, is there a prepayment penalty, etc.
4. Do You Have Commercial Liability Insurance? Many homeowners are unaware of it, but if a contractor is hurt while working on their home and the company does not have insurance, you may be liable. Don’t hire any fence contractor who does not have commercial liability insurance.
